At TailorMade Property Management services, we currently maintain over 200 Million Euros worth of properties in Mallorca.

Lee Bourke first started maintaining villas here in Mallorca in 1999 and is the co-owner of TailorMade. Lee has constantly strived to give a quality service to the owners of these beautiful properties.

Initially the service just included basic gardening and pool cleaning but it became apparent that the majority of TailorMade´s clients required more comprehensive services.

Since those early days many services have been added to help support the sometimes difficult task of owning a property here in Mallorca.

A stiff recruitment policy guarantees that only the very best staff are employed at TailorMade. Our aim is to ensure that you, the owner, can come here and enjoy your property and not find that the first few days of your holiday are spent sorting out problems.
